The story of Young Nelson follows Thabo ‘Young

Nelson’ MoAfrika a university graduate and boxing prodigy who gains his nickname at a local boxing gym.

When people in his community see his boxing prowess as well as leadership skill they liken him to a “Young Nelson” Mandela and bestow upon him the nickname. A name he rejects at first but the more he performs acts of heroism and sees the significance of the name, the more he takes on the name as his hero alias.
